Colour-by-number math worksheets for practising multiplication and division facts. It’s math meets dinosaurs!!!
Is it me, or do most kids just love dinosaurs?
Mine do.
This week at home we’ve had an all-singing, all-dancing dinosaur themed week. It’s been both fun and exhausting.
And so, in keeping with this week’s dino theme, I have just added to my store these dinosaur colour-by-number math worksheets.
This set of dinosaur math worksheets practises multiplication and division facts (both to 10s and to 12s). Each worksheet is jam-packed with math questions to give your child plenty of practice.
Plus, these sheets are so fun to do.

Dinosaur math worksheets
This resource consists of 4 colour-by-number worksheets, each featuring a different dinosaur.
Worksheet 1 practises multiplication facts up to 10 x 10. The picture shows the ever-popular, scene-stealing tyrannosaurus rex.
Worksheet 2 in this series focuses on division facts from 1s through to 10s:
Worksheet 3 is also for practising multiplication facts, but this time up to 12 x 12.
And worksheet 4, which is my favourite (I love the finished colours), practises division facts up to 12s.
Worksheets 3 and 4 are great for those children who need to keep their multiplication and division facts to 10 ticking over, but also need a bit of an extra challenge too.
How to use these worksheets
Colour-by-number worksheets are so fun and they always seem to go down well with children of all ages.
On each worksheet, the picture is divided up into little sections. Each section has math question in it.
Solve the math question and then look at the code at the top of the sheet to see what colour that section should be coloured in.
Answer keys included!
For each worksheet, a completed colour version of the picture, along with the answers for each small section of the picture, is included.
Having the coloured answer keys means you can see straight away if your child has completed the colour-by-number correctly.
